For the third consecutive year RUSSIAN MASTERS BALLET CAMP will be held in Alicante from 4- 24 July 2016. A unique opportunity to work closely with great ballet masters of the world, which made history and still make it today.
Next summer RUSSIAN MASTERS BALLET CAMP will offer a wide range of courses, fulfilling the most diverse needs: students with career aspirations, classical dance methodology for teachers, or amateur students. In the professional field, RUSSIAN MASTERS BALLET CAMP will offer classes of Professional Classical Ballet (from 10 years on). In the semi-professional field, RUSSIAN MASTERS BALLET CAMP will feature classes of Elementary Ballet and Ballet for Adults.
As every year RUSSIAN MASTERS BALLET CAMP 2016 has a privilege to work with an elite group of professors trained at the prestigious Vaganova Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia. Many of them are current teachers of the same Academy or guardians of some top artists of the best theaters and companies such as: Mariinsky, Mikhailovsky, Eifman Ballet and others.
The unique RUSSIAN MASTERS BALLET´s program allows students to achieve a high level of professionalism, using the original foundations and the genuine teaching of VAGANOVA METHOD, which is the most proven methodology of classical ballet. Thanks to working with small groups of maximum 15 students, an exquisite and personalized treatment is achieved. Our teachers are selected among the best, choosing only the most qualified and experienced ones. In fact they are the mentors who have forged the stars of ballet of the XX and XXI century, as EVGENIA OBRAZTOSOVA or YULIYA MAKHALINA, among many others.
Auditions for the professional course will be held in Madrid – February 6, Alicante – February 7, and Barcelona – February 13, where scholarships will be awarded to the selected students. The audition will include a complete 2 hours masterclass by the specially invited teacher from St. Petersburg Tatiana Sevastianova (Honored Artist of Russia, Professor graduated with honors, summa cum laude at the Vaganova Academy of Ballet, principal Tutor at Eifman Ballet (St. Petersburg, Russia), and the Director of Russian Masters Ballet Asyia Lukmanova (graduated summa cum laude at Rudolf Nureyev Academy, Professor degree in Vaganova Academy, First Soloist, Russia). At the end of the summer camp the students will dance in the Teatro Principal of Alicante at a charity gala concert and will live an unforgettable experience sharing the stage with big stars of Ballet.

Professional Courses: Classical Professional Ballet (over 10 years old). Oficial Accredited Course of Methodology of Classical Ballet: for teachers of ballet dancing. Three Semi-professional courses: Elementary Ballet (students from 8 to 11 and from 12 to 16 years old) and Ballet for Adults. Classical ballet tutors: Elena Alkanova, Tatiana Sevostianova, Anna Podlesnaya, Dmitry Shevtcov, Alina Solonskaya, Anastasia Sevostianova , Natalia Pavlikova, Asiya Lukmanova, and more teachers to be confirmed from San Petersburgo. Scolarship: It is possible to get a scholarship during Live Audition. Dates of the course: 4 – 24th of July 2016 Place: Conservatory of Profesional Dance of Novelda, Alicante.
